Our
Educators play a significant role
in administrating the diverse
academic and non-academic activities
of the school. The empowerment
of our educators has been the
propelling force behind the high
quality of integrated learning
at RDPS. Apart from having a broad
knowledge base in order to be
resourceful, educators at RDPS
posses an attitude of acceptance,
which enables each child to feel
valued. Rather than expecting
children to be ready for school,
educators prepare themselves to
adapt to meet the varying needs
of a child. In our relentless
endeavor to improve upon our past
performance, our educators constantly
strive for excellence in their
teaching strategies by keeping
abreast with the latest developments
in the field of education. They
capitalize on children’s
interests and strengths, develop
in them a sense of self worth
& competence, inculcate values
so that every Rukminian gets the
impetus to lead his way towards
phenomenal success.
Striving to reach one’s
full potential is more important
than winning. To be able to completely
exploit inherent talent of every
Rukminian, students at RDPS are
exposed to multifarious activities
such as:
