Our Inspiration

Late Smt. Rukmini Devi, wife of Seth Pokhar Mal Ji, was a great philanthropist. She had immense regard for values of life and was deeply embedded with love for children. She always visualized a sweet dream of a beautiful world of children—full of innocence, happiness and virtues.

Seth Pokhar Mal Educational Society duly registered under the Society's Registration Act 1860 took upon itself the task of converting her dream into reality. In 1986, it started Rukmini Devi Public School, Pitampura, Delhi, perpetuating her name.
